The script writer of Kidnap Hindi movie, Shibani Bathija, wrote script for movies like, Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna,Fanaa. Interestingly, Kidnap Hindi movie, is actually her first script but it went into making last year. She wrote it four years earlier.
